The community is really growing on me and between the kids school, coaching basketball, my wives coworkers @ Mission and the mountain biking, I'm really enjoying it here.

The only mission of the news is to spread doom and gloom to the masses IMOWith that being said, there are many areas in the city that are dangerous.  

I consider one of my main missions in life now to warn other new investors from doing deals that will make their lives a hell of negative cash flow, paying out of pocket to keep your bad investment afloat (can you IMAGINE THAT?

@Cory Graham I ended up buying 2 months ago - what was 150 is now 190  and what was 230 is now 270. being Dt abby and mcallum areas - If you can find anything on Willow Lane, that's a diamond in the rough as well as the Glenkirk Crt building in Mission, renter/dog friendly.

Stephen E. has used anti "pit bull" language in this and other threads and seems to make it his personal mission to scare as many landlords as possible into banning the breed, just as his misguided province of Ontario has done.

I have used Mission Real Estate and Property Management and had good success with them managing several multi-unit apartments, as well as doing some tenant placement for SFR properties that we own.
