The company right now manages all the condos in buying in and is the largest out there so I really need a great marketing plan to tackle this.

--Ring Cameras - easy way to monitor driveway, front entrance, etc --Honeywell thermostats - all properties have wifi thermostats that also alert if temp too high or low--Yolink - These water alarm are cheap (poorly made, but they work) and have saved us a couple times with small leaks under sink and water heater.Markets are getting more and more competitive so we have an improvement list per property is a must....each quarter we tackle something if cashflow allows it.

Once I achieve that I want to start scaling up my business to tackle larger properties such as a 15 unit building or partnering for even larger complexes.

It's guaranteed there's always problem in the house but you must have plan to tackle that.
