I currently work at Traditional Medical Center as a PCT, I have been in the health care field for about 10 Yrs.

I sure didn’t like it when the last administration did it to me on healthcare , so I don’t force that on others .

According to my research, the main industries within that area are the healthcare industry, the education industry and retail.

I'm a 40 year old healthcare professional, currently living and working in South Jersey, but would like to live in Philly, I like the urban lifestyle.

Lots of industrial jobs and health care.

Although I’m in healthcare finance now, not making a whole lot money, I do have construction background, so I’m not afraid of a flip either.Then comes the question of how to get the mortgage for these properties...

Luckily I had already secured a job at Frito-Lay as a sales manager in San Jose, CA which provided me with excellent healthcare while I waited for the Army to process me out and the VA to process me in.

My wife and I currently live in Surrey BC, however she is an American working as a health care professional in Bellingham so we are actually looking to house hack our first purchase somewhere near Blaine or Lynden.I initially joined bigger pockets for the educational material and tools, but when I realized there was a whole ecosystem of people on here I became pretty excited to meet and network with other experienced real estate investors and agents in the area.Our short term goal is to house hack a 4-plex somewhere north of Bellingham and then once we have taken that first step we can start to look outwards in terms of investments.
