Certainly a housing crisis in our area of Northern Michigan and lack of affordable land development due to scarce infrastructure, a city with no surplus funds....and a county with no housing authority and certainly no developers waiting in the game.Ok, basically I get exhausted with this but as a business owner, REALTOR and member of a new small housing authority and economic alliance, I'd like to think I could make a difference.

@Dar FornelliGas boilers and gas water heaters require a stainless steel chimney lining.The gas exhaust can wear down the chimney's masonry without it.Had a stainless steel lining put in my house chimney after converting from oil to gas.A single family home can run around $2,500 just for materials.

@Michael PlaksInteresting, I would have thought if you buy a performing note at a discount, and all gains until the discount is exhausted are considered interest income (assuming you hold to maturity), the same would be true if you bought an NPN at a discount and then payments started coming in.

Hi,After my previous tenants vacated the apartment, I noticed the woodframe beneath the skylights turned moldy.The tenant was not doing a good job with the exhaustion inside the bathroom especially last few months when they brought in additional members, the constant steam lingering inside the bathroom caused this issue.
