If you set a Monetary goal, and you did your best, and it was only $1 Million.... would you be disappointed?

If the owner doesn't care the rent is late or is disappointed the has not yet submitted a 3day notice. why should the landlord be out his money. 

Its disappointing that they don't allow AirBnB any more! 

I emailed him several questions the day before and confirmed that he received all the questions with him via email... he had plenty of time to get the answers... he said that all my questions will be answered during his presentation... well I was VERY disappointed.

If you call any custodian before a Holiday you should plan to be disappointed with the wait time.

It is certainly disappointing and I could go on for hours about how corrupt and ridiculous this entire nonsense is but that is a whole different topic. 

While you could clearly tell while driving through the corridor towards the marina area that there's plenty of luxury to go around, I was shocked and disappointed when I got to the real downtown, as it looked shanty-townesque compared to downtown Playa del Carmen (the term might be a bit of an exaggeration but it's to get my point across)!
