If I took 50% of the money I spent on travel, live sporting events and other splurges in the last 5 years I'd have more than enough for a down payment for 2 cash flow generating houses and much closer to financial freedom.  

As far as I can remember, the city itself was the place you'd go for work or pleasure... sports, arts, theatre,  shopping. 

I would recommend getting the long bed because the normal short bed is not quite as practical.He has a 4x4 TRD sport, quad cab, long bed and we have used it for all kinds of hauling.

we simply dont do that here.OH and well we dont pump our own gas anyway.. its illegal.. and well since i went electric i dont even buy gas.but the point is in those areas petty theft is a sport.. 

New construction is a team sport and the folks who play in the space have squads they consistently work with.
