Hi all, just you know word mistake ever, attorney refuse to email le the notice to let me double check before he sent out the notice and scream me at phone say he would charge me more money if I want to to double check before he sent out any notice.Even the first notice he sent out he had my name wrong on landlord part and missed the date on habitual late payment Not saying because of aol email but just my experience something we can all learn fromUnless all attorney are like that.

I would speak with previous landlords, previous employers and even college advisors to make sure things will work well.I would make it clear in your lease that visitors can't stay more than 10 days per semester.
