Can I prohibit say unnecessary expenditures?

Note, I'm not for or against STRs - but I do think anyone who sets up STRs in an HOA is taking (unnecessary, in MY mind) risks.

The unnecessary attacking statements and assumptions are just ridiculous.

.- My goal is 200K tax savings annually- It sounds like 1031 exchange isn't unnecessary as I could just buy a property, cost seg it, get the tax savings, then sell it, as I'm looking to buy another.

It’s al Pat like the inspectors are expecting to be paid off and if you don’t they come up with unnecessary “repairs”.The inspection is to make sure the house is safe and up to HUD standards.

This "may be" the kind of person who not only generates unnecessary drama and hassle but can move forward with unprovoked legal action.

Not sure why auction.com does this but it causes unnecessary confusion.  

There are scenarios where adjusting the commission can make sense (like a pocket listing within your brokerage that you don't spend much time or money on for example, or for investor clients doing multiple deals a year, multimillion dollar properties, family, etc.) but simply dropping your commission up front as a way to attract more clients/ generate more business is not a good strategy in my opinion because it hurts your brand and is unnecessary.
