I am new here and have been digging through the site trying to soak up all the great REI information. :)I am a n00b in the research and planning stages, but I plan to buy some properties to rehab and flip once I become more comfortable with the whole process.To get some ideas about the market around my area, I am gathering data related to what REIs are paying for properties, what they are reselling for, and DOM before sale.At any rate, I have been using Zillow to find recent sales that have been turned around and relisted (flips).

Besides the crazy amount of water the fire departments need to use to put out a fire soaking everything they have been left to crumble for years.My guess would be that these need to be town down to the foundation and completely rebuilt.
