I build at simple closet with accordion doors to make it as some and cost effective as possible.

I strongly suggest engaging the services of a consultant or advisor to assist you with this matter.

You can usually find some events by doing a simple google search.

My biggest suggestion would be to find some local meetups (https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/521-real-estate-events-...) and introduce yourself to the host.
