To @Brian Gibbons, This is a bit of a mouth full but here it goes.The above scenario Is actually "Guru course recent 2016" and "post" Dodd Frank which is a non issue here unless you close on more than 3 properties in calendar year per entity and/or charge and/or credit an exorbitant amount of rent credits to the buyer.
