what is the entitlement status, what is the zoning, what are the title issues, what land development is complete, what are the utilities, is an HOA is place, what are the environmental issues and on and on.

It does seem to me that the french door style is definitely the "in" thing right now over the side by side style, I'm just not sure if its worth spending the extra momey, which is a fair amount more.

This is a C neighborhood.Building has leaking pipes in the basement, built in 1910, all 1 bed rooms, 1 bath, old style windows, no insulation, needs new roof, 3 furnaces and the list goes on.

I guess I highly suggest it because environmental fees and fines can add up quick if there was a situation and you didnt find out about it until after closing...
