Is it possible that there is a nostalgic value clouding business decision clarity on this property?

Saint Cloud State University is one of top in Nation for R.E. programs/ degrees.

Is that hooked up with any accounting software, or you just is stored in "The Cloud"????

Because of the priority of liens and the cloud on title most lenders refuse to use that property as security and buyers will run away.

My home office is in a rural area,  my internet can be dicey - cloud based software is not always my friend, so there's that - my QB is on the Desktop and not online for the same reason.I do it a little different than Shane, each property is a class, each tenant is a customer.

Chase really pushes the listing agent to send buyers to their loan officers.

Cloud based and Google drive integration, so sharing and collaboration rock.

I have access to them anywhere, and I have a personal backup if Google ever takes a death spiral or some other anomaly that prevents me from accessing the files in the cloud.
