Hi Sam,This is a great goal to shoot for and I see no reason why you couldn't hit it in ten years as long as you keep your eye on the prize and do not get discouraged or distracted.The trick will be tightening your goal as you start with your first property and then get a feel for what it's like to run a rental.I started with a goal of ten duplexes in 10 years and attained it after 5 years.

They're geared towards getting everyone excited and they make it sound as though that money is so attainable for the sake of justifying the cost of whatever they're selling. 

What can you attain with daily action in a month?

Definitely not for everyone, but an awesome idea for affordable or attainable housing.

I'd recommend you pick a few that meet certain standards, and really start to sink your roots in where you can attain proficiency in making sound purchase decisions

I am a novice and though 60 per sqft is attainable I am sure my lack of experience coupled with hidden expenses and things that you've mentioned plus more that I am faced with challenges.
