Same thing whenever my parents amended an estate document. 

The tenants signed the lease renewal Thursday but was not happy with the Amendment I added to it regarding the water issues.

Does anyone know if the Realtor lease can be amended so we do not have to change the form?  

Adding a buyer requires an amendment (change) to the contact that must be agreed to in writing by all parties (including the seller).In my experience, banks don't generally allow new buyers to be added to contracts without a *great* reason, and even then, generally not.

I am going to take a look at amending the offering circular to make it clear that it is a yearly fee. 

Smoking isn't that bad since it's not in the lease but be firm and see if you can amend it or amend it when it comes for renewal. 

Your job is not to be a second amendment ambassador, it is to run your primary business in such a way that you take care of you financial obligations, like providing for your family. ...OR be a 2A ambassador, just remember you will be accountable for any/all accidents, and that even if you are not found criminally negligent, the legal standard for a civil suit is much lower...but, hey I am just a worry wart!!

It sounds like they may have proposed an amendment for a reduced fee for companies who operate like Airbnb but are smaller. 

I have some reviews on here, but you should interview multiple attorneys regardless of referral source.We would prepare a sale, assignment of membership interests, and amend the Operating Agreement.

Upon renewing the lease, you would definitely need to have an amendment which includes something like "Tenant agrees to close gate when entering and exiting the property.
