It just so happened that all the prospective properties I was interested in while searching all happened to be in New Britain so I asked a co-worker who currently lives in the area about each property before we went to look at them.Best of luck to you on your search.

When I co-own I try to setup a co-ownership agreement that define how sales will be conducted, buy/sell agreement, splitting of costs, etc..

@Yang LuIf you have a licensed survey get an attorney to send them a letter to remove the fence - if it’s not removed by x date you will remove it yourselfI had a co-worker go through this and they ended up just removing it.By the way how do you know they even put up the fence?

Would a co-borrower effect a different outcome?

It is now a co-living property.

I do not meet the income requirements alone for that and it sounds like it would be a scary situation to be in if I got a co-signer but the property went vacant for a bit.

The condo was bought with the idea of my son paying the mortgage I obtained for him with me as a co-signer with him.

Have you considered finding a co-host?  

With 5 non-licensed staff members, a co Lister on board and 6 buyers agents, it seems like they can handle themselves while you're gone?
