If I was a customer I would be very pissed too.....but I don't think I would be screaming criminal fraud....Hope it works out for all of you..

And the market does seem to be cooling a little so I don't think this tells much more than that the list price is not a screaming deal.

I read the comments section of the article and it amounted to half of the people screaming about scams and the other half shilling for the companies named in the article.Is it too good to be true?

My initial inclination is that whenever someone doesn't have an argument, they start puffing out their chest and screaming at the top of their lungs, and that seems to be what's going on here.

I would also think that if you and your agent followed all procedures correctly, the sellers agent should be screaming at her clients to return the money and/or dropping those clients like a hot potato.

Golf bros screaming in the middle of the night, hosts accepting shady characters, and bachelorette parties… oh, those bachelorette parties.

Especially a screaming deal in a competitive market. 

OK, I guess if you had a tenant work in the place and they fell off the ladder, they could scream for workemens comp...etc., but I don't see this as a really valid risk painting a room since most people paint their own rooms anyway, but I guess the answer would be if you were comfortable with it and you could supervise so light switches and ceiling fixtures were not covered in a pale pink.

Is it "busy" in the background with yelling and screaming going on?
