It's really designed more for real estate brokers and agents, but seems adaptable.

This whole site is about learning and constantly changing and adapting.

To craft a business map and this map must not be static but dynamic, able to evolve and adapt to the ever changing market.

The ones that stayed in business were those that changed their strategy and adapted to market changes.

The process of goal setting, taking action, holding yourself accountable, adapting to the market, achieving goals, and setting new goals is unbelievable.

I would first ask for a new AC, cash at closing for one or something along those lines.The warranty isn't a bad way to go either, just be aware that they don't always replace the whole unit, just the broken parts, and you will have extra fee's associated with what ever they install including haul away, adapters, extra parts, new coolant etc.
