Also a fresh coat of paint to the walls.

We replaced all the flooring, and gave it a fresh coat of paint, replaced some light fixtures, and reglazed a bath tub.

The floor is 3/4" oak in 3" and 6" widths and was professionally installed with several coats of Bona finish.
