Every time I look at my quarterly statement I get madder and madder.I've been doing my research on real estate investing for the past year and feel I am ready to get off the sidelines.

Had I possessed the knowledge I now have, I wouldn't have seated on the sidelines and waited for a decade before I went all in in 2009.

I'll be damned if in order to make money I'll do a silly thing like wholesale SFRs or offer turn-key pigs to investors in Ohio - my reputation is much too important to me.I've got millions of dollars of partner cappital sitting on the sidelines - these people trust me.  

Make sure you have enough cash & equity on the sidelines to weather any financial storm. 

My recommendation is more geared towards those on the sidelines who have done an insurmountable degree of study, with no action yet taken.

I have been standing on the sidelines watching many of my Cincinnati REIA counterparts make their way in Real Estate.

If a large group of investors are sitting on the sideline then there is less competition and thus unscrupulous investors have more access to the market not less.

I’ve been on the sidelines for way too long.

Been a long time listener of the podcasts and have inspired to "get in the game" but have been on the sidelines for about a year. 

All of my own cash is sitting on the sidelines in safe, financial alternatives.
