Vinyl (plastic) flooring will always look cheap IMHO.....

"Sprinklers" means what is says, all units and garages will have residential grade sprinkler systems installed (residential sprinklers normally have plastic or PVC pipes versus steel that you see in commercial applications).Construction style: 3-story on grade town home, direct access ground floor garage. 

@Young Kim Hi Young, I grew up in Denton and my family used to own a ton of commercialProperty by the University of North Texas down by the Fry Street area.

They have ones that for some reason or another (like maybe the plastic covering on the bed during shipping got a small hole in it) could not be under warranty.

Septic is fine, it's just not understood real well because it's a 'country thing' and most people in our society live in big cities.....If you have it inspected and it's fairly new with a plastic tank and a good working leach field, then you'll be fine.

You can wrap the head in plastic (grocery bags) to keep the paint roller from drying out if you have to pause for the evening so you don't have to clean it every day.Happy painting!
