Don't worry so much about little imperfections in that room. you will be keeping an original architectural detail of the home. buyers love wood floors. refinish in that room will cost same as cheap laminate.

For this lot, we did all the environmental studies, grading plans, fire approvals, and landscaping plans, along with a preliminary architectural design since it helps with the sale if the buyer can "see" themselves living in the property.
