I did replace bathroom and kitchen faucets as well as connectors, replaced ceiling fans, shower heads, wall mounts, tubes and shower faucets, towel bars, paper rings, ... etc.

Carpet tiles will hold up but if the edges aren't glued well it will look crappy.

You might consider an inconspicuously place mounted lockbox somewhere on the property.

The inserts can end up being very spongy if installer does not glue behind and place brace boards to push the walls against the glued studs.
