I cashflow a hair north of 3k a month after expenses and haven’t even begun to benefit from the power of leverage.

They are too busy whitening their teeth and brushing their hair to get dirty

I look at population trends far as growth and decline, age demographics, and very importantly is what the focus of the local government is; are they growth-focused or a bunch of lazy old "blue-hairs" doing what they've always done because that's what they've always done? 

They will not accept things such as flushable wipes, personal wipes, baby wipes, paper diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons, wads of toilet paper, dental floss, balls of hair, paper towels, newspapers, grease, oil, table scraps, bones, clothing, rags, sand, dirt, rocks, or children’s toys.

They oscillate and tire themselves out and ultimately splitting hairs to the point they are exhausted before their journey even begins. 

Evidence of cats: smell, urine damage, scratching damage on your woodwork and on their furniture, pet hair (look under refrigerator and range and in hvac ducts and filters), broken window blinds, kitty litter box, cat food.... the cat itself! 

I don't have a lot of non-gray hair left. 

Once 1/1 rolls around, we are all laser focused on tax compliance. 

I have closed 8 transactions in the last 6 months, but I am hitting the mark where everyone I come across is not qualified to buy and I am abouts to pull my hair out.
