People are happier to move if they have some options that work for them and money.

But we've found that you get a lot happier tenants if you handle the transaction end to end using ACH.

Word of mouth seems to be the best.

Most big builders buy parcels of land to build out communities, small builders by individual lots in advance and build spec or custom homes and they try to sell them through the building process by direct marketing and word of mouth Hope this helps..
