I’m from California and I genuinely don’t see myself investing in this market any time soon.

I'm genuinely curious.

I genuinely believe in the power of mentorship, but I also understand that everyone's journey is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another.

Take everyone's perspective and suggestions with a grain of salt, but always try to remember that the people on here genuinely want to help and give based on their experiences.

It's not just an "office fee" There are genuinely no hidden costs that I have been charged. 

If you genuinely do change your mind, then you need to ask the lender to send you a "payoff demand," and immediately write a check to pay the lender back in full (which can btw be done through a refinance).All of the things in the middle of those two extremes?

I love these forums, genuinely a great way to get advice and Information. 

Experienced investors will want to help you if you show initiative, drive, and genuine interest.

There are some bad apples but most of the investors I meet seem to have a genuine interest to improve housing and neighborhoods.
