@Jordan Little @John Warren I know you are both referring to SFR and small MF but when talking about larger MF if a deal makes it to the MLS you can count on the deal having significant hair.

You want them sick of the problem(s) and pulling their hair out.  

You can split hairs all day long.

Try to ensure that by the end of the deal, you’re not going to be losing hair at the very sound of your agent’s voice!

Have they crossed so many red lines here that I should be pulling my hairs (the little I have left) out?

Hi @Amit KumarI got stuck on this a few years back, pulling what little I had of my hair out trying to find great markets (was looking for a home run since it would be my 1st long distance project).

You are splitting hairs just to save a few bucks off for tax deductions in my opinion.

I cut hair and make a great living at it.
