Worst patients are doctors.

I just visited Doctor Phillips and stayed in an Airbnb with a pool and didn't even use it.

At this point the tenant feels that she will be okay working, and that her financial issues have been compounded by time missed from work due to doctors visits, tests, and what not.So yes, to sum it up, I have allowed her to stay and am giving her the benefit of the doubt that she can pay.  

That may be just what the doctor ordered, AND don't overthink it :).

We did not like the stuck up people (doctors, lawyers, and such) that lived in the neighborhood so sold it and said no more mansions.

Plus we really can’t help you.Bowling alley, restaurant, doctors offices, paint store, etc.

Compare that to the wages a water makes, a doctor, a teacher, or whatever other profession makes.If you make a much as a normal worker, why even bother?

so this is totally a viable option, but you may have higher vacancy than those with 1-2BRs. also consider putting in the work to partner with insurance companies, to provide housing for displaced families. or putting in the work to partner with traveling medical pro placement companies, who can directly place doctors and their families with you for top dollar. if you really want to go all in on the MTR strategy with a larger unit like this, check out jesse vasquez on IG. he teaches a lot about this!

I doubt it.The difference is, people recognize that becoming a doctor is difficult and they don't undertake the challenge unless they're ready to get their *** kicked and work their butt off.

Haven't had a traveling nurse yet, but a doctor, also nursing student and pharmacy student.
