We know this because prospective tenants tell us so.We snagged 2 potential applicants with simple web searches in the past month; one that was running a PB Rescue from their rental and another that is breeding PBs from their rental, this guy even offered up his breeding service as his primary source of income.Due diligence is time consuming process that requires the nose of a 'blood hound'.Rick Bassett

thanks, AK if anything, the tenant bidding on the property means that they are happy with it and probably intend to stay long-term. that could also mean that they are ready to own and may not be renewing their lease. i wouldn't think that they would have bad blood because they were outbid....u never know though!

My old neighbor across the street is an engineer and he would constantly tell me brokers/agents were "blood sucking vampires" who shouldn't get paid anything.
