Flips, new development, short-term rentals, and other verticals behave a little differently depending on the incentives provided by the regulations.

The beauty will be having a nice place for your family to stay that hopefully pays for it's self and some day will be able to be sold and put some cash in your pocket.

But they very likely apply to your list, because the majority of people behave exactly as I described above.  

You cannot simply dismiss headache factor.If the tenants in a 25k property behaved like ones living in a 130k property of course there would be no debate.
