she DID try to offer 9000 for the year and I said no it's 10800. so she agreed to pay 9000 now and 900 each month for the last month's of the lease. also for whoever was talking about market rents its hard when you dont know my area. all of the rentals are dumps. it's terrible. very poor area. small area. drugs have ravaged the town. yes I'm moving asap. my house is in a good neighborhood with 3-4 bedrooms and minimal sex offenders near by. so it does attract families etc. the good rentals are always taken because of the long term tenants.
