@Anthony Gayden Yeah, working with family is definitely a fear, and I dislike the idea too.

The police course was very good and I recommend it too. 

Easy to understand for tenants, too.  

I will rent to previous criminals but I try to protect myself too, The offense needs to be 7 years or older, I only do month to month lease, all other screening must be spot on though...good credit, refernces, etc...

International students are great, too.  

You'd have to add this into the equation to see if you could profit from installing solar.As far as including electricity - I vote no on this one, too. 

My roofer took a look and told me it needed a roof, so we got that done, too.  

I know there are great managers on this forum, but if you do go with a manager, really go over the contract with a fine tooth comb and if something doesn't sound right or fair, just say no. 

Poor people can prioritize, too. 

Although a popcorn ceiling would catch my attention and I wouldn't like that.The walls in here are painted a semi-gloss which I really like, too.
