Keep in mind that the basement is unfinished and nothing got damaged it was only couple inches on water that we took out and dry out the basement and made sure everything was good.

They can install interior drain tile. all they need to do is remove the trim piece by the floor and they will cut out 4-6 inches of concrete by the wall.

All of a sudden, the hundreds or thousands of 24inch or even 48 inch culverts that were handling things just fine for many decades are too small and there is floodwater across roads and into people's basements/crawlspaces who never thought they were even close to having flood plane issues.

It's free, easy to learn and user friendly.I recently tried MagicPlan so that I could theoretically scan a room to auto-generate the floor plan, but I honestly didn't have much luck...every time I would try to 'add a room corner' the corner would be offset the wall by several inches so I didn't have much confidence in it's measurements...For that reason, I don't think I'd ever use MagicPlan for actual construction documents or measurements.
