Professional handymen/women have a large talent stack and understand a property as a series of systems. 

I went outside my comfort zone and met with other women interested in Real Estate investing.

I will say if it has a ton of character or history I do believe embracing that character and history and turning it into an short term rental could be a good idea.

Ok, real issues: when you saw few different hot dressed women walked in and out your property during one night at different time when those men stay in your property, and each woman stay there for around 1 hour, how do you think?
