Just had a quote to replace 2 stolen condensor's in Phoenix... 3 of the big boys all came in at $11k-$13k which included replacement of the outdated air handlers inside the apartments.

Real are fake, stolen are his story, it changed my life for ever!

My low point was when my underinsured (liability only) car was stolen from in front of my house. 

So, maybe there is hope, but I don't know they consider the need for a survey the same as a stolen furnace.

I'm guessing this means that the copper has been stolen from the property and a buyer would need to do a thorough check for this.

I've had lots stolen by movers.  

Two identical houses that are about 12 feet from each other and basically on the same lot.One is vacant, and has even been broken into and had wiring and pipes stolen.

They may get lucky and find some of the stolen items.
