@Emily AllenYou have gotten some really good advice from @Rob Rice here.

My understanding is you're in a sticky area as most commercial lenders don't like smaller (<1,000,000) loans... not sure how much this is listed at but 27 units can't be too much over that.

If you take a mortgage and a partnership agreement it could get sticky.
