As long as you know that ahead of time, it should be easy to shake off any negativity.

If you continue to look in Canada, even when you do find properties which cash-flow, most of our U.S. friends on BP will shake their head at the price.

Coaches cannot do the grunt work, make the calls, shake hands with 100 homes sellers, follow up 10 times with each seller, be persistent and consistent in your marketing, and as Winston Churchill said, "never ever ever give up"

While we both currently own multiple long term hold rentals in Memphis we are looking to hand shake some of the folks that have helped put our successful programs together. 

So, don't worry, you're not alone, and if you push through this, you should be over the shakes in a couple years, and if you do push through, you will be well on your way to being a good investor... remember the end of all the BP podcast where the hero says perseverance is the key?

Throughout my (relatively short) career I've become passionate about sales and can't help but shake the idea that the most lucrative thing to sell is real estate...

I will add immense value to the mentor that shakes my hand first. 

I wish the value of my home would decline, get an appraisal and shake it at the district.
