Shared mail is like carpet bombing - it has very low conversion but you are mailing large postcards for 16 cents each so the economics are different.

Also, where do you purchase your postcards?

I've used it to send direct mail postcards to find listing as an agent and to find investment properties.

Yellow letter, post cards, MLS, etc.  

Example:I setup a drip campaign to mail a postcard every 2 weeks for 4 months.I import a list of 100 addresses to my campaign and the mailers start going out.A week later I add 20 more addresses and those mailers start going out.2 weeks later a friend tells me about a house and add 1 more address and mailers start going out to that house.Etc

I am doing my third postcard mailing.I have been mailing to code violations, and I had been pointing out the fact that they had code violations and that we could take the property off their hands.I think pointing it out more could have angered potential sellers.I am thinking about just targeting my message towards how if they have a problem property, and then point out all the benefits of selling.I am wondering if anyone could or would want to share their experiences with message crafting?
