Senior doc may do the most complicated parts of the heart surgery, while jr. doc may open up the patient and stitch them up....relatives might be trained to change dressings, etc...Trying to get bypass surgery down to $2000/ all in.

You said "blue boxes" so it's plastic junction boxes and they are typically installed say 1/2" proud of the stud face, the rotozip would need to hit the OUTSIDE of the blue box and go all the way around.

After this was done we put down 14mm plastic under the house as a moisture barrier.We dug a French drain around the front of the house back to the creek to help with any moisture issues under the house.While we were under the house we also replaced all the plumbing with brand new pipes.Both bathrooms have been completely renovated with the master getting a full custom tile shower and the other bathroom getting a soaker tub with custom tile surround.

I don't know if it's a law or not, but when I rented an apartment in VA a few years ago they had changed the toilet seats and left the plastic on so we would know they were new.I researched the cost, and at ~$12 a piece decided to do it when my rentals turned over in NC.
