🙏 my sale was exactly like the opening scene in the Thomas Crown affair.. when the buyers are celebrating that Thomas Crown sold a property only to have him say well celebrate all you want you over paid by 30 million..

I am no shooting star, it didn't happen over night, and at times it has been nightmarish.

Same thing happened when the chain bookstores came on the scene a put the independents under in a few years.

SOME Realtors actually do a lot behind the scenes.

It's a great way to get into the landlording/rental scene.  

The only way solar would make any scenes on a rental would be if you could rent the roof space to a solar company.
