We use a very light beige color (neutral, not cold or warm) and we paint walls, baseboards and trim all one color.  

I've heard Austin can be rough, but most of the state is neutral.  

Before the new paint job, they were all nice neutral colors that blended in really nicely with the old trees in the complex.  

I'll be going neutral gray on all of my units from here out.Definitely a little dark for my taste, but if you're getting them rented ASAP, clearly it works for the people that matter!

its the infil in those markets that the bigger hits come from.. so when buying suburban rentals that compare to new builds price stay neutral or rise very slowly.

It was a nice set of neutral colors, so the owner was okay with the colors and asked for the info on the paint used, so he could just touch up the same paint whenever he moved out.But, most people don't do a good job of painting.  

Color is Biscotti very neutral tan looking color, never had any complaints. 

I know the new thinking is gender neutral and we are all the same, but men and women are different.
