An example of a contract modification is adding an incentive for a schedule.

I would like to purchase the building:  1. to make some modifications in the building to optimize the space for business growth (adding an additional revenue stream & creating space for another support staff member)  2. prop owner is aging. 

.- Owning from afar will likely necessitate the use of PM. 

The contract is almost always provided by the owner using an AIA template contract with owner requested modifications.

The cause was not determined.It is recommended to make modifications to the attic ventilation system in this home in order to meet minimum requirements -inadequate soffit venting.The inspection has identified an active plumbing leak at joint within water supply piping under home as seen in crawl area.The access opening size (for small crawl area) is not adequate to allow for easy entrance to the crawl area.The vapor barrier/plastic covering on floor of crawl area needs repair to provide the intended service.

Did a loan modification combined 11 SFH into 1 loan 14 year amortization 7 year fixed rate 4.75% other than appraisal which was $375 paid a $250 fee 2.)

A plumbing modification that requires digging up the curb trap (or something similar) should cost a few grand.

Will this strategy work or will it need some modifications or will it not work no matter work?

A little value add, maybe a unit that is below market value rent, or a modification made to the property that may offer a cost savings.
