Account Closed  I don't think there's any silver bullet - especially not in this area.Anybody who can fog a mirror knows it's a hot real estate market.  

Our experience in Jackson with section 8 does not mirror yours.. plenty of those tenants trashed our houses and just took their voucher to the next house.. the housing authority wont pull it for those reasons..

Another good point made by @Thomas S. above (don't know why my hyperlink isn't working), that at some point you just end up making money for making money, without any real plans or point for it all.

In any case, the CAFR is really only going to tell you the health of the local government, which may or may not mirror the community at large depending on how well it is managed and the economic philosophy of that town.

This is obviously smoke and mirrors since the cash is simply being moved from one pocket to another, it was and is already your money.

Being honest with yourself, the more you appreciate what the mirror is showing you, the better you will feel.

You would go into the bathroom look around and say yep the toilet needs replace so you would click the bathroom tab click on toilet and hit replace the program then used current home depot price for a toilet then added in the average price for a plumber to come in and install one. then you could go on and add a shower mirror vanity ect ect.

If you do not have what it takes to make it work look in the mirror because many do.
