Okay, I'm using my title company, which they do double close, but not on HUD, the waiting period is 24 hours after the A/B part is complete, and the B/C can take place with title being transferred to end buyer.

You're spot on when you say there's no secret o wholesaling but learning can be much faster from a good teacher who knows how to transfer that experience/knowledge to others.When we train instructors, we beat into them that it's not about you telling them everything you know, it's teaching them everything they 'need to know' and when they need to know it.
