If you go to a post and then return with the back button, you will be sent back to page one.If the users would rather have to reload the page when going to another page number, this "issue" will disappear.It just means a bit more waiting when you're going from one page number to the next.A solution to the issue is to open different discussions in a new tab by holding the command button down while clicking on the link.I am open to discussing this.

You have to compare after you rehab if you will be in the same area and have the same features of other tri's commanding those rent levels.In my area gut stud jobs run about 12,000 a unit so 36,000 in rehab you would need and more if other problems with street road, water main, trees, etc.Really need an experienced broker looking at this for you in your area for multifamily.

On the flip side though, I like half-duplexes because they have lower, condo-like prices without the HOA fees--and w/ the higher # of bedrooms in general (usually 3/1.5 vs a condo's 2 or even just 1), one can command higher rents, depending on the area.
