I'm no doctor but I've never heard of a medical condition that requires 68 degrees and if the temp rises 2 degrees you will die.I would just put a $150 window unit in the bedroom (you should have some already) and if that doesn't work for them let them walk.

I find it gross and you are talking to someone who bought a house out of probate because some lady with 4 kids went to the doctor sick, found out she had Stage 4 cancer and died less than 90 days later.

I'm just a little paranoid about applicants doctoring information when providing their own reports, but then again, landlords have to accept reports that were run in the last 30 days so I guess that's just the way it is now.

I believe commission based work is harder to qualify with but something like lawyer or doctor or electrician is easier.
