Just saw a post by a newbie in another thread saying a lease-option reduces your repair costs, it can in commercial but not residential.Folks are also getting loan classifications mixed up with RE Commission requirements, while an investor may buy a property and it may be a commercial purpose for that investor buyer, it doesn't mean anything as far as a RE Commission in defining brokerage or license requirements.
