I am investing in self-storage with a growing group of passive investors.

Florida is a great market right now, especially with so many diverse areas growing.

I'd like to continue self-managing and trying to run as lean as possible while trying to get the snowball growing, and am now looking at ways to eliminate as much of the week to week and annual management overhead as possible, while keeping my expenses low while my cashflow is low.

my land sits (with my beautiful sign on it), I am paying interest only on the land for now (since March 2024) and I can't get construction financing, and I am growing frustrated each and every passing day.
