I look back at it as a great decision.Selling it cut my looses in a declining marketIt was a mental relief to get rid of the problem.

It occured to me yesterday that I had not heard from Airbnb since they announced their "relief" program for Hosts, so I took to social media to search for information. 

But I have become a fan of multiple streams of income, and I think that is the greatest source of stress relief.

It may give a temporary relief to the pain of owning the home, but the scar of a foreclosure will be long lasting.

Its alright though. my nerves were going crazy and it was a bit of a relief. i realized i wasn't completely ready yet. also i think i may look more into multi family homes for cash flow. it seems to be more of a comfortable process?

I've seen so many posts on this, but I want more insight.I'm a new investor in Charlotte NC (and surrounding areas), and am wondering what you expect the market to do in the coming months.I know a lot of this will change if there is any additional stimulus, or mortgage relief, etc.  

My wife grew up in Mercy Ships sailing up and down west Africa while her parents did surgeries and relief work.

If he gets relief on the mortgage payment somehow; does the lender report to the credit bureau they were 30, 60, 90 days late?
