I’m not sure how governments will react in the future, time will tell.

The sellers aren't reacting the the Fed rate hikes much yet (They are still asking top dollar, when - at least for investors - the numbers don't allow for any profitability.)

One thing I've noticed about the current Tampa market from zillow, redfin, etc, is that there are significantly fewer small multi-family properties on the market compared to my native Minneapolis, MN.

If you want greenery, American Holly is a TN native tree that will give you privacy, deer generally hate it and it has few disease problems.

I don't like that they don't use the native Airbnb messaging system, but send emails instead.

I'm a native Californian who lived in Mississippi for 20 years and moved back here during the pandemic to care for my 90 year old mother.
